RBA to host free webinar on alternative baking business models

Retail Bakers of America and the Bread Bakers Guild of America will host a free webinar on April 19 exploring alternative baking business models.

Join the RBA and Bread Bakers Guild of America for a free collaborative panel discussion with a group of professionals who have challenged and changed the traditional bakery business model.

The panel includes Donna Sky, a business engagement and partnership manager at Project Equity; Brandon E. Chrostowski, founder, CEO and president of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute; Daisy Chow is owner and founder of Breadboard Bakery in Arlington, Mass.; and Christian Garcia, one of four lead bakers and one of 17 employee owners at Proof Bakery Cooperative.

Part of the “Beyond the Bench” series, this webinar will take place on Wednesday, April 19, from 5 to 6 p.m. (Central Time).

The only requirement is to register in advance at the RBA’s website.
