INSIGHTS INTO BAKING QUALITY EDIBLES

Description: This 45 minute session will feature Dr. Kari Kramp and Barbara Allen of the ARC as well as Chef Scott Royce from the College’s Culinary Skills program.
Participants will gain knowledge regarding the challenges faced by bakers in the cannabis and food science industry along with insights for baking quality cannabis edibles. The session will conclude with a brief Q & A session.
This free webinar is open to all in the baking industry, however we encourage you to register early and not miss out!
