BAC Annual General Meeting set for May 5, 2024, 8:30 a.m. at Bakery Showcase Toronto

Members are advised that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Baking Association of Canada will take place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at the Toronto Congress Centre, 1020 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1J1, at the start of Bakery Showcase.

Meet-and-greet with directors: 9:30-10 a.m.

The meeting will include:

• Presentation and consideration of reports on the activities and finances of the Association
• To appoint Association Auditors
• To elect Association Directors
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting

INSTRUMENT OF PROXY

To ensure a quorum is present we encourage all members to complete the attached instrument of proxy even if you plan to attend in person the 2024 Annual Meeting.

Please complete and return the attached instrument of proxy by May 3.
