Wild Sweets wins best chocolatiers and confectioners award

received a 2013 Best Chocolatiers & Confectioners in America award
from TasteTV and the International Chocolate Salon.

Jan. 16, 2013, Vancouver – Wild Sweets By Dominique & Cindy Duby has received a 2013 Best Chocolatiers & Confectioners in America award from TasteTV and the International Chocolate Salon, an organization based in San Francisco, Calif. This follows Wild Sweets' success in the fall of 2012, winning several gold medals as well as the best overall chocolate bar (cocoa bean-to-bar) competition.
 
Wild Sweets By Dominique & Cindy Duby is a science-based artisan cocoa bean-to-bar chocolate-maker. It evolved from a three-year research and development project in collaboration with the University of British Columbia, and is scheduled to culminate in the opening of a retail chocolate boutique in Vancouver later this year.
 
This unique retail concept will allow Wild Sweets to join the group of sweet boutiques in the world that combine “chocolatier, cacaotier and pâtissier” as one company. By keeping the entire retail boutique focus on everything chocolate and making all our chocolate products, including modern pastries and desserts, from its own cocoa bean-to-bar chocolate, the Wild Sweets By Dominique & Cindy Duby retail boutique will offer consumers a range of unique chocolate products.
