Feb. 26, 2008, Vancouver – Canadian pastry chefs and cookbook authors Dominique and Cindy Duby are once again in the running at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.

Dominique and Cindy Duby are once again in the running at the Gourmand
World Cookbook Awards. Their second cookbook, Wild Sweets Chocolate, was among three shortlisted for the "Best Chocolate Book" category. The pair's first cookbook, Wild Sweets – Exotic Dessert & Wine Pairings, won the title of Best Book in the World for Food & Wine Matching at the same competition in 2003.
