Do you have a unique butter tart
formula, a recipe that calls for Saskatoon berries that's too good not
to share, or a bread formula that flies off your shelf?

at jayer@annexweb.com and tell us why you think your formula should be included in the recipe collection.

We'll feature you, your formula and a brief
write-up about it and your business.

The recipes should be original and
formulated for professional use by weight (in kilograms and grams and,
if possible, in baker's percentage).

We welcome any and all submissions
— as long as they're for fabulous formulas that have worked for you in your
bakery.
