Recipe book filling up fast
The submission deadline for the 2010 Bakers Journal Recipe Collection is less than a month away, and space is filling up fast.
June 22, 2010 – The submission deadline for the 2010 Bakers Journal Recipe Collection is less than a month away, and space is filling up fast.
To ensure your bakery or food-service establishment is represented in this year's recipe book, e-mail your submission and high-res photo suitable for print publication to editor@bakersjournal.com no later than Friday, July 16. The sooner the better, actually, to have the best chance at a spot in this popular annual publication, which is mailed to subscribers along with our August/September double issue and distributed at trade shows and other industry events around the world.
The theme of this year's recipe collection is "Celebrations," so recipes for fun and festive products will be given greater consideration.
