Vaudreuil, QC, June 20, 2013 – Martin Collins, vice-president of Quadra, will start his new position as president on October 1, 2014.

The current Quadra president, Jean-Francois Warlop, will retire on September 30 of next year.

Tony Infilise, CEO of Quadra, speaks about the shift in management. “Over the years, these two leaders have proven their capabilities as exceptional managers and demonstrated their visionary spirit and tremendous leadership skills. The transition will allow Quadra to continue its growth and development while remaining true to its values and ensuring the consistent delivery of its services to customers and suppliers,” said Infilise.

Warlop’s retirement comes after more than 25 years, including ten years as the president of the company. Warlop’s retirement date was agreed to in 2003 when he accepted the position. Although Warlop is leaving his position as company president, Quadra and its parent company, Infilise Holdings, after two years of travel, he will serve the group on a part-time basis as a senior consultant.
