Preparations underway for Bakery Congress 2015

Montreal May 31 and
June 1, 2015.

Baking Association of Canada and Le Conseil de Boulangerie Québec will host the 2015 Bakery Congress trade show and conference in
Montreal May 31 and June 1, 2015.

Bakery Congress 2015 will serve as a platform for the baking industry in Canada, uniting attendees and exhibitors.

Opportunities at trade show and conference include over
43,000-square-feet of trade show floor, educational sessions,
networking opportunities, social activities, and the introduction of new and upcoming
products and services,

The show will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the
