May 31, 2015, Montreal — Bakery Congress 2015 opened today at Palais des congrès de Montréal. The show is produced by the Baking Association of Canada (BAC) in conjunction with Le Conseil de Boulangerie Québec (CBQ).
The show offers bakery industry professionals an opportunity to experience two days of bakery-specific exhibits and education programing in one of North America’s most dynamic cities.
The Viger hall at the Palais des congrès de Montréal was filled to the brim with exhibitors on Day 1, and attendance was robust as well. Exhibitors came from as far away as Westfield, Wis. — The Knock Shoppe, a wedding cake stand company run by John and Joanne Knoch — to display their goods and services.
Bakery Congress 2015 continues on Monday, June 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
