Fritsch announces plans for Europain

February 13, 2012, Paris – For the first time, Fritsch will have its own booth at this year's Europain show.

The company will focus on demonstrating the production of bakery goods so that visitors can form their own impressions of the performance of the Fritsch lines. The demo program will include croissants and mini-Chelsea buns.

Show goers will also be able to get a closer look at the Rollfix 700 marathon dough sheeting machine, the Multicut machine for fine pastries, coiled products and bread specialties, and the CSV coiler that precisely fixes dough products.

Europain runs March 3 to 7 in Paris.
