Commercial Bakeries names new CEO

Toronto – Following its recent acquisition by Graham Partners, Toronto-headquartered Commercial Bakeries Corp. has announced the appointment of Shawn Warren as its chief executive officer.

Warren has more than 30 years of packaged food products experience. He spent the majority of his career with Kraft Foods (subsequently Mondelez International), culminating in senior leadership roles as the president and chairman of Mondelez China and senior vice-president, Strategy & Biscuits, for the Asia-Pacific region, Most recently, Warren returned to Canada to serve as the president and CEO of GreenSpace Brands.

Phil Fusco, Anthony Fusco Jr. and Joe Fusco will continue to remain involved with Commercial Bakeries over the next year to support the transition.
