November 18, 2011, New York – MPB Agency is launching its first ever Chocolate Week, Feb. 13 to 19, 2012, in New York City.

Chocolate Week satisfies every American sweet tooth and celebrates the decadent flavours of chocolate. Participating restaurants and their chefs will take part in Chocolate Week festivities showcasing the irresistible nature of chocolate through food and wine pairings and an innovative chocolate based dessert. During Chocolate Week, participating restaurants will offer a tasting of three chocolate desserts to each customer purchasing a two course dinner menu.

Cacao Noel Chocolate de Couverture, a leading chocolate among pastry chefs and chocolatiers across the United States, has been chosen as the official chocolate of Chocolate Week.

"I'm very excited Cacao Noel was chosen as the official chocolate during chocolate week. Delicious chocolate dessert tastings will be created by talented chefs and I imagine many New Yorker's won't just stop at one participating restaurant, but dine at others during chocolate week," said Xavier Noel, president of Cacao Noel de Couverture.
