New marketplace looking for bakery vendor

November 17, 2011, Collingwood, ON – A new year-round, indoor marketplace now under development  is seeking a bakery vendor with a focus on gluten-free, wheat-free and organic breads.

The marketplace, located in downtown Collingwood, Ont., will also be home to a number of other businesses, including a coffee roastery, an organic vegetable juice bar and a prepared raw food eatery.

Space is flexible, and tenants will have the opportunity to offer input on renovations to the building, scheduled to start in February 2012.

The market is set to open next summer.
