Zero Carb Co. teams up with Grupo Bimbo on gluten-free breads

Wageningen, The Netherlands – Gluten-free, zero-carb bread startup Zero Carb Company has formed an alliance with Grupo Bimbo.
Zero Carb Company, a joint venture startup of Wiltink and BOX NV, announced a strategic partnership with Grupo Bimbo, a company active in more than 34 countries.
ZCC has spent five years developing a gluten-free, carbohydrate-free bread range. The company said the breads are high in protein and dietary fibre, offering a healthy option for consumers seeking a gluten-free, reduced carbohydrate or keto diet.
The companies said this partnership brings opportunities for further product development aimed at specific geographic markets.
Wiltink will be the first licensee for the Benelux countries, using their YAM Keto brand.
