also hard to find a bite to eat that doesn’t have one of food’s most
ubiquitous ingredients.
Flour, particularly wheat flour, seems to be everywhere.
“It’s
the baked goods, the pizza and the beer that celiac-diagnosed people
miss the most,” said Ellen Bayens, who founded The Celiac Scene
(www.theceliacscene.com ), a website detailing gluten-free restaurants
