Tray-cleaning equipment designed for small and large bakeries

Austria-based Precisma, will showcase at the upcoming Iba trade show its new Kobra machines and Easy Belt baking tray cleaning machine specially developed for small business operations that need to clean many different baking trays in small quantities.

The company, which specializes in individual and tailored baking tray cleaning machines, release agent applicators and predusters, as well as conveyor and handling systems, was recently taken over by Banss Maschinenfabrik GmbH.

Banss Austria has manufactured slaughter and meat processing systems for more than 30 years and is a supplier in the field of automatic cooling rooms and transport systems for animal carcasses.

Banss Austria will be exhibiting its newest machines in the field of bakery engineering at Iba in Munich Oct. 22-26.

Among these are the Kobra baking tray cleaning machine, designed to ensure efficient cleaning of large quantities of aluminium flat baking trays (perforated or unperforated) as well as baking trays with two rims,” says representative Alois Aichinger.

Kobra machines are specially developed for dry-cleaning of trays with two rims and feature integrated disc brushes with automatic changes in the direction of rotation to promote optimal cleaning.

The manufacturer’s Belt Standard universal-baking tray cleaning machines  also will be on display at the show. Designed for efficient cleaning of large quantities of baking trays with up to four rims, as well as baguette and burger trays in bulk. Flour, sesame, poppy seeds or dough residues are removed most effectively.

Also on display will be the Easy Belt small business baking tray cleaning machine specially developed for small business operations that need to clean many different baking trays in small quantities. Almost all types of baking tray can be dry-cleaned.
