Le Meurice, Alain Ducasse partnership in Paris, France, to continue

Paris, France – The partnership between the hotel and Ducasse Paris will be renewed for five years, announced Franka Holtmann, general manager of the Le Meurice hotel.

Under the terms of the new contract, chef Alain Ducasse will manage the kitchens of Le Meurice, which cater to the 2-Michelin-starred Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, the Le Dalí restaurant and carry out room service. This will also include the production of pastries served in the restaurants and in the hotel shop, in the charge of Cédric Grolet.

“I am extremely proud to be continuing our association with Le Meurice, the most prestigious restaurant in our group,” said Alain Ducasse, CEO, Ducasse Paris. “And I am delighted to be working with Cédric Grolet who has such talent and commitment. This shows a trust whose full value I truly appreciate. We have plans for Le Meurice, where the cuisine embodies the values that we hold most dear: excellence, natural products, exploring new flavours, taking risks and yet, at the same time, going back to basics.”

Ducasse Paris comprises several entities: Ducasse Restaurant (34 establishments on three continents and nine countries, with a total of 20 Michelin stars), Ducasse Hospitality, Ducasse Manufacture, Ducasse Conseil, Ducasse Éducation, Ducasse Édition, Ducasse Culture and Ducasse Réception. The group has 2,000 employees.

Le Meurice is a palace hotel in the heart of historic Paris, where many of the rooms and apartments overlook the Tuileries Garden.It features the two-Michelin starred Le Meurice Alain Ducasse restaurant.
