Feb. 9, 2011 – NutraSun Foods Ltd. has released its newest dough conditioning product, SunnyBake Power Dough Conditioner. This dough conditioner has been specially designed to provide added strength to weaker flours, while enhancing loaf volumes by up to 15 per cent.

SunnyBake Power Dough Conditioner requires a lower usage level between one and 1.5 per cent basis flour weight. It also increases water addition up to 2 per cent, providing improved bowl costs. SunnyBake Power Dough Conditioner enhances the shelf life of baked goods and contributes little to no added fat and sodium.
