The ORBIS Corporation, with a local plant in Urbana, Ohio, has acquired
Toronto-based Norseman Plastics Holdings Ltd., which serves the bakery and dairy industries, making plastic bread trays and dairy containers.

A subsidiary of
the Menasha Corporation, ORBIS has acquired one of its major
competitors, which serves market places other than the automobile

and transferring them into the Urbana location," Bissell said.
