Canada Bread launches new gluten-free line

Dec. 30, 2013, Toronto – Canada Bread has rolled out a new line of gluten-free loaves called Dempster’s Bakery Gluten Zero.

The product is certified by the gluten-free certification program endorsed by the Canadian Celiac Association certifies. The loaves can be found at retailers across Ontario, Eastern Canada and Quebec.

The loaf is vacuum-sealed as soon as the product is done baking, which is designed to lock in moisture. Unopened loaves will remain fresh for 21 days and once opened, are designed to remain fresh for up to five days.
The whole grain and the white are the two loaves offered as gluten-free. Each retails from $5.49 to $6.49.
