Top chefs aim to dazzle at CRFA Show

Dec. 23, 2013, Toronto – Celebrities, a certified master chef, and a molecular cuisine guru are just some of the people that will demonstrate their culinary skills at the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) Show in spring.
The CRFA Show is an annual trade show for the hospitality industry that takes place Mar. 2-4, 2014, at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
Here’s the list of chefs who will share their culinary prowess on the demo stages:
Appearing from March 2-4
Graham Tinsley, member of the order of the British empire (MBE), who baked one of the official cakes for the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Judson Simpson, CMC, is Canada’s only certified master chef.
Appearing March 2
John Placko of the Modern Culinary Academy will make molecular creations.
Food Network chef Anna Olson will take attendees through a sensory tasting.
Appearing March 3
Olson returns.
Brad Long of Café Belong will talk about local food.
Appearing March 4
Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar, who created the celebrated “Crack Pie”.
Roger Mooking is a Food Network celebrity chef, Chopped Canada judge, and executive chef of Twist by Roger Mooking at Pearson airport in Toronto.
