All But Gluten receives gluten-free certification

May 8, 2013, Canada – Weston Bakeries has launched a line of
gluten-free bakery products that has been recognized by the Gluten-Free
Certification Program and the Canadian Celiac Association.

May 8, 2013, Canada – Weston Bakeries has launched a line of gluten-free bakery products that has been recognized by the Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) and the Canadian Celiac Association.

Weston says the All But Gluten line of baked goods were created by the company's product development team at Weston Bakeries in collaboration with nutrition experts and are manufactured in a dedicated
gluten-free facility. All But Gluten products bear the GFCP on their packaging.
