The Bread Bakers Guild of America will present a webinar demonstration on June 14: “From Sour to Sweet: A Chocolate, Gluten-Free Snacking Cake Demo” as part of its June Bread Celebration.

Charles Luce will lead the demonstration. Luce began baking with the gluten-free grain flours after being diagnosed with celiac disease, in 2002, and feeling disappointed by the qualities of available gluten-free breads. After eight years of product development he created ways to make big-flavoured artisan gluten-free bread mixes for home bakers. His business, GF Creations LLC doing business as Luce’s Gluten-Free Artisan Breads, launched in 2012.

The webinar will take place on June 14 via Zoom from 6-7 p.m. EDT.

Charles Luce is donating his time and all proceeds will directly benefit the mission, members and programs of the Guild, and support the craft, culture and business of artisan baking.
