Rubicone touts nutrition-packed gelato mixes

Rubicone had its newest gelato flavours – Black Hawaii and Spirul Ice among them – out for sampling at HostMilano in October.

Black Hawaii features vegetable carbon, coconut water and raw cocoa beans lactose-free, gluten-free with prebiotic fibres.

Spirul Ice produces a naturally coloured blue gelato using spirulina microalgae extract. It is gluten-free, lactose-free and low in sugar.

The company also carries high-protein, Greek yogurt and Vegan lines. The Vegan products, which are made without animal derivaties, certified VeganOK, include soft-serve gelato, frozen yogurt, chocolate coating and custard cream.
