Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann host chocolate days

Dec. 27, 2012 – Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann recently hosted
Choco Days on Oct. 18 and 19 in Koog aan de Zaan, Netherlands and Cocoa
& Choco Days in Aalen, Germany on Nov. 14 and 15.

Dec. 27, 2012 – Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann recently hosted Choco Days on Oct. 18 and 19 in Koog aan de Zaan, Netherlands and Cocoa & Choco Days in Aalen, Germany on Nov. 14 and 15.

Approximately 75 guests from several countries attended the Choco Days at Royal Duyvis Wiener in Koog aan de Zaan. Guests experienced a guided tour, a demonstration of the complete Qchoc line, a real chocolate Wiener ball mill line with the newest liquid conching technology (CLC), as well as the latest technology in laboratory chocolate equipment: a F.B. Lehmann laboratory 2 + 5 roll refiner.

About 150 international customers attended the Cocoa & Choco Days at F.B. Lehmann in Aalen on Nov. 14 and 15. Lehmann's program was meant to inform their guests about the latest developments in cocoa and chocolate. The program included lectures about the recently developed methods in batch nib roasting, powder grinding and chocolate processing.

These days were informative to  informing our customers about the benefits and latest developments in traditional and modern chocolate processing and cocoa bean processing, was certainly achieved!

F.B. Lehmann GmbH and Royal Duyvis Wiener B.V. will be at the ProSweets in Cologne, Germany from Jan. 27 to 31.
