Chocolate tempering machine from Bakon

Nov. 5, 2012 – Bakon has released a fully automatic chocolate tempering machine.

The Choco-lution 110 features a touch-screen colour display with three language selections (English, French and Spanish). It has a capacity of 6.3 gallons of melted chocolate and there are no tools required for cleaning. Temperature can be calculated in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
