Nov. 19, 2013, Toronto – Canadian chefs will witness how to make food fit for royalty from Chef Graham Tinsley at the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) Show in March.

Chef Tinsley created one of the official cakes for the royal wedding of William and Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. It is the first time the Wales native will be making an appearance in Canada.

He has also had the honour of cooking for her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, numerous times. Prince Charles has asked Tinsley to cook at formal occasions in Wales, including the prince’s 50th birthday celebration. Tinsley has also fed many European heads of state as well as the Emperor of Japan.

Earning several chef of the year titles, Tinsley is also a member of the Order of the British Empire, and has led the Welsh national culinary team to the most medals of any Welsh team at the World Culinary Olympics and World Cups.
