October 4, 2011 – MIWE is rolling out four new ovens designed with the flexibility to fit in a range of baking environments.

miwe_aeroThe MIWE aero is an electrically heated convection baking oven. It is available in four basic models, each of which can hold up to 10 trays measuring 60 x 40 cm. A strong circulating fan with four stages and a sophisticated double steam unit integrated in the baking chamber ensure that the chamber is maintained at the ideal climate.

miwe_condoThe MIWE condo is an all-purpose baking oven fitted with stone ware plates. Its modular design enables subsequent retrofitting on up to five levels and is suited for all capacity requirements thanks to four variably-sized baking chambers. Even in the two-circuit version, this model provides a large baking area.

miwe_cubeThe FreshFoodSystem MIWE cube is designed as a modular construction system. It can be easily integrated into every shop concept due to its uniform modular dimensions. It consists of a range of combinable components, from the rollable underframes and the different lower cabinets (also with proofing and cooling functions) to the main baking modules and the steam hood.

miwe_econoLast but not least, the MIWE econo convection baking oven features either six, eight or 10 trays. Its dimensions make it a good fit for any environment. It is even possible for two units to be stacked on top of one another.
