Montreal’s Viva panettone invited to N.Y. Panettone Festival

Montreal – Viva panettone is among the short list of artisans selected to participate in the New York Panettone Festival to be held from Dec. 15 to 17.

For the past three years, this festival has presented an assortment of new-generation artisanal panettones from the most famous “Maestri Pasticceri Italiani” and a few local artisans now, including Viva panettone. The event was established to spread Italian culinary expertise and quality panettone culture to New York’s foodie community.

“We’re thrilled to partner with this event and contribute to its mission to redefine the culinary and cultural experience of artisan panettone,” said Eric Goeury artisan, co-founder of Viva panettone, in a news release. “By visiting the various booths, attendees have the opportunity to taste the products and learn about the reasons why panettone is one of the highest expressions of Italian pastry.”

Co-founder Anthony Daniele added, “This is the only event of its kind in the U.S., and we’re proud to be represented there by former world champion Mascolo, and fellow panettone makers such as Olivieri. We look forward to seeing how New Yorkers welcome our products.”
