November 30, 2010, Canada – You can help support victims
of the Haiti earthquake by purchasing a new recipe book compiled by Susana
Molino called Cupcakes for Haiti.
An initial fundraiser of the same moniker was held on
January 23, just less than a week after the tragic disaster struck. Twenty
eight bakers donated cupcakes and other treats to raise money and now the
cookbook continues the great initiative. One hundred per cent of the proceeds
from the first edition will be donated to MSF/Doctors without Borders.
With a foreward written by Lynn Crawford, this inspiring
compilation is a testament to community will as even the printing was donated
by The Interprovincial Group. The book features beautiful close-up shots of 30 cupcake
recipes.
