March 13, 2009 – LynnRae Ries lost her hair and dropped to a scant 80
pounds before doctors figured out she was allergic to wheat.
The diagnosis of celiac disease nearly 10 years ago was a relief,
the prescription to stay away from wheat the spark for her new
business, Gluten Free Creations Bakery.
Ries became a noted speaker and author, established a cooking school
and finally a bakery, all to support others who suffer from food
allergies.
