June 7, 2011, Toronto – The Canadian Executive Services Organization (CESO) is seeking a volunteer pastry chef trainer for a bakery in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
Boutique Del Pan is a premium bakery producing simple and sweet breads, cookies and cakes. The owners are looking for an experienced pastry chef to train staff on baking and pastry techniques, hygiene standards, safe food handling, and efficient production.
The two-week assignment is tentatively scheduled to begin September 1.
CESO is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that helps strengthen individual businesses, organizations and communities and enhances self-sufficiency and sustainability by building capacity in economic development and governance. The organization draws on volunteers to provide management, technical and policy development assistance in Canada and around the world.
