Bread Bakers Guild offers course on adding pizza to your bakery

The Bread Bakers Guild of America is offering some excellent virtual learning. Coming up soon is an exciting session on bringing pizza into your bakery operation featuring Nicole Bean, owner and operator two locations of Pizaro’s Pizza Napoletana in Houston, Texas.

From Rome to Detroit: pizzas for the bakery case will take place Aug.14, 2023,
4-6 p.m. EDT.
