AB Mauri Fleischmann’s raising prices

October 31, 2011, Chesterfield, MO – AB Mauri Fleischmann’s will increase prices on fresh yeast, dry yeast and mold inhibitors effective Jan. 1, 2012, or as contracts expire.

Rising input costs, including transportation, substrates, propionic acid and other key raw materials, have forced the price increases, which will vary based on different input costs into each product.
AB Mauri Fleischmann’s will also be implementing service-level brackets that may increase pricing for customers based on order size and delivery frequency.
