Agathe, Man.

The facility, to be located near the company's canola crush
plant, will have a storage capacity of approximately 30,000 metric tonnes and the ability to load up to 124 railcars with access to both CN and
BNSF rail service.

"This significant investment we are making in southern Manitoba is
another excellent example of our commitment to continuously evaluate and
optimize our asset network for the benefit of our customers," said Kyle Jeworski, Viterra's president and CEO for North America, in a news release.
