January 28, 2011, Toronto – This year’s Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) Show will include a pavilion showcasing a range of products from Mexico.
The pavilion, hosted by the Mexican Ministry of Agriculture, will feature innovative food products from 15 different Mexican companies. A number of chefs will also be on hand, preparing demos of fancy bites and beverages with all of the products.
Planned demos include uses for organic vanilla-flavoured agave syrup, Mexican chocolate, amaranth candies, and frozen fruits and vegetables.
The CRFA show runs March 6-8 at Toronto’s Direct Energy Centre.
