increasingly buying products without sufficient nutrients, has issued a
warning to the food industry that it must stop illegally selling
imports made with unenriched flour.

warning to the food industry that it must stop illegally selling
imports made with unenriched flour.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Health Canada have issued
the joint notice to the industry to "clarify" that all white flour and
products containing the staple ingredient for such items as bread,
cookies and pastries must be enriched with B vitamins, iron and folic
