Denali rolls out chocolate flakes and chunks

17, 2012, New Berlin, WI – Denali Ingredients expanded its offerings with a new
line of flake and chunk inclusions traditionally used in chocolate chip ice
cream and other decadent snacks.

The
proprietary line is designed to allow for new levels of customization,
including a variety of thicknesses and sizes. The new Denali flakes and chunks
are available for immediate fulfillment in chocolate varieties only.

new ingredients can be custom ordered to specification, and the company states
