Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show theme is ‘Wizard of Oz’

is set to draw crowds of amateurs, enthusiasts, connoisseurs, professionals and
consumers to the Toronto Congress Centre Sept. 26-28.

is set to draw crowds of amateurs, enthusiasts, connoisseurs, professionals and
consumers to the Toronto Congress Centre Sept. 26-28.

The show, which is in its fourth year, is designed to
entertain and educate through competitions, celebrity demos and hands-on
classes.

A home baking recipe competition will feature 10 categories:
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Coffee Cake, Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Biscuits (Sweet
and Savoury), Butterscotch Brownies, Biscotti, Sandwich Cookies, Blueberry
Muffins and Lemon Squares.

The theme this year is the "Wizard of Oz."
