Baking and Sweets Show moves to Congress Centre

Aug. 6, 2013, Toronto – The third annual Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show has relocated from the International Centre to the Toronto Congress Centre. The consumer show will run from Sept. 27 to 29.

The show’s theme for this year is Alice in Wonderland, and features several new products, and trends to explore. The event’s line-up kicks off with B.C.’s Cupcake Girls, Heather White and Lori Joyce, whose reality TV show documents the highs and lows of running a baking shop. Celebrity chef Anna Olson takes to the stage on Sept. 28. Olsen is the host of Baking with Anna Olson on the Food Network Canada, as well as the writer of seven cookbooks. Here in Canada to promote his new line of bakeware, The Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, brings his passion to the show on Sept. 29.
