BrightSide pack style from Bosch Packaging

April 29, 2011 – Bosch Packaging Systems has developed a new pack style for easy opening and reclosing of flow wrap applications.

The BrightSide pack style is designed to enhance product presentation for increased shelf appeal, and to ensure consumer convenience and sustainability. Bosch’s technology allows manufacturers to place a lap seal on the top surface of the package, making the pack style particularly suited for chocolate tablets, wafers and multipacks.

BrightSide is recloseable for neat and easy storage of unconsumed food and provides full and immediate access to the product on opening. By eliminating the need for tearing, the pack style ensures branding, promotional and advertising information printed on the package surface remains intact after opening. BrightSide can be used with heat and cold sealing, as well as mono film.

The BrightSide pack will be displayed at Interpack 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany, May 12 through 18.
