Paris event to celebrate breads of the world

“Discover the Breads of the World” is a set of 11 conferences to be held in Paris on Sept. 29 by international bread experts, each sharing their knowledge about a particular topic related to breads of the world.

Topics include North American breads, sandwich breads, steamed breads, Spanish breads, sourdoughs of the world, yeasts of the world, African breads, world breads classification, Middle-Eastern flat bread and ritual breads.

The event will be held Sept. 29 in Paris at AG2R La Mondiale/ Auditorium Vivacity, 155 rue de Bercy, 75012. It will also be accessible in streaming, live or on replay.

All sessions will be translated simultaneously into English and accessible in streaming, both live and in replay.

The cost is 70 euros, including breakfast, lunch, photo exhibition and end-of-day presentations, and 12 euros to watch the streaming version.

The event is organized by Fonds de Dotation EKIP (association professionnelle qui fédère les constructeurs français d’équipements relevant de l’univers de la boulangerie) with the collaboration of AIPF (Association Internationale du Pain Français).
