The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), offers a two-year Baking and Pastry Arts Diploma Program. The students in the program prepare a variety of baked breads, cakes, cookies, confections, and pastries for sale in our NAIT Artisanal Food Market, as well as for service in our campus fine dining restaurant, Ernest’s At NAIT.
