Stevia sweetener from PureCircle

September 26, 2011 – PureCircle has launched a new stevia sweetener under the trade name Alpha.

Alpha is a natural, high purity stevia sweetener. It consists of a proprietary combination of steviol glycosides developed as a solution for products seeking 50-100 per cent calorie reductions. Its composition is designed to allow for a more rounded sweetness and less bitterness at higher sugar replacement levels.
