Marcone expands commercial kitchen repair products in Canada

St. Louis, Mo. – Marcone will partner with Alto-Shaam and Moyer Diebel to make more original equipment manufacturer parts available for Canadian service providers.

Both manufacturers are well known for commercial kitchen operations. Current inventory includes Cleveland, Convotherm, Garland, Lincoln and Merrychef, along with new additions Moyer Diebel and Alto-Shaam.

Since 1955, Alto-Shaam has been known for changing the low-heat cooking and commercial cooking industry when it invented the Cook and Hold oven. Its current product list has expanded to include convection and combi ovens, chillers, warming cabinets, fryers and rotisseries.

Moyer Diebel manufactures ware washing industry, providing commercial dishwasher options for all sizes of food-service operation.

Alto-Shaam and Moyer Diebel are the latest manufacturers who have partnered with Marcone Group since it expanded its appliance parts distribution business into the commercial kitchen sector in late 2022.
