Workshop at Pearson School of Culinary Arts

February 18, 2011, Lasalle, Que. – Pastry Chef Laurent Pages will lead a Pastry Workshop on Modern Entremets, teaching participants to prepare a variety of entremets and French macarons.
The workshop will be held March 21 and 22 at the Pearson School of Culinary Arts, located at 8310 George Street in Lasalle, Que. The workshop will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm both days. The registration fee for the workshop is $299, plus tax.
