Bakery Showcase 2022, presented by the Baking Association of Canada, welcomed Canadian baking professionals to Toronto Congress Centre in April 2022 for a long-overdue chance to network in person. Between the well-attended education sessions, the busy trade show floor and the main stage demonstrations, attendees had no shortage of ways to connect, learn and be inspired.
