Upscale restaurants putting doughnuts on menus

Oct. 4, 2009 – Whether it's hard times that are prompting normally health-conscious
diners to throw caution to the wind, or simply the fact that doughnuts
are affordable, filling and comforting, upscale restaurants are planting
the sweet pastries front and centre on early-hour menus.
