Undeclared milk prompts bakery recall

Feb. 5, 2014, Calgary – Four of Care Bakery’s bread products have been recalled after an investigation by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) found undisclosed amounts of undeclared milk.



Care Bakery, located in Calgary, provides
gluten-, dairy- and nut-free products such as pizza crusts, bread and Panini.


The food recall
warning was issued on Jan. 29 for the following products, which have been sold
in Alberta and British Columbia.
